Who you're contracting with
The Happiest Guide Ever is operated by Christa Hardin ("we," "us," the "Seller"). By using this site or buying our guides, you agree to these Terms.
What we sell
We sell digital travel guides, playbooks, and related content for Disney parks and other family destinations. Guides are delivered electronically after purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or our content for any unlawful purpose.
- Infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights.
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly share our paid guides.
- Interfere with the site's security, scrape it, or upload malware.
- Defraud or abuse us, other users, or our payment provider.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, guides, branding — is owned by Christa Hardin and protected by copyright. When you buy a guide, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal travel planning.
Payments and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site running and our guides accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and details about parks, prices, and attractions can change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, or loss of enjoyment).
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated misuse.
Disney affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. All Disney trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes will be heard in the courts located there, except where local consumer law gives you stronger rights.
